Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial, environmental safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a multisite manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain EHS programs ensuring health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide EHS direction and support for management and manufacturing staff.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; lead prevention efforts.
• Lead investigations into injuries and near-misses; perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee ergonomic initiatives and maintain log of ergonomic scores.
