Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL seeks a Regional EHS Manager to lead the development and administration of EHS management systems across field operations, outages, and facilities.

You will mentor Senior EHS Coordinators and partner with operations leaders to reinforce a strong safety culture and CARE framework. The role requires a Bachelor's in safety/environmental field, 10+ years EHS experience with at least 5 years in leadership, and relevant certificates such as CSP/CIH/OSHA

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in safety/ENV fields and 10+ years EHS experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Certifications CSP/ASP/CIH/CHMM or OSHA 500/30.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, contractor management, incident investigation and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous EHS improvement program across field ops and facilities.
• Coach Senior EHS Coordinators.
• Provide EHS leadership during outages, construction, maintenance and field service.
• Oversee HRT, NDC, and designated facilities.
• Lead risk assessments, pre-job planning and JHA reviews.
• Conduct contractor management reviews and site audits.
• Lead incident investigations and CAPAs.
• Support ISO 45001 and management system initiatives.
• Drive safety culture and leadership engagement.
