Job summary

ENERGYneering Solutions Inc. is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Regional Lead in Fort Worth, TX. The role leads EHS programs, coaches site leaders, and ensures compliance with the OHSMS across biogas operations.

You will work independently, drive continuous improvement, and report to the EHS Manager, building strong relationships with supervisors and staff to optimize safety processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable EH&S experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or STEM relevant field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture across sites.
• Coach operations leads on safety processes and OHSMS.
• Conduct site visits and safety training sessions.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and drills.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
