BSI is seeking a Principal EHS Consultant - Business Growth Leader to drive growth across safety, occupational health, and broader EHS services in the Southeast. You will lead, mentor, and expand a regional book of business while maintaining deep technical credibility.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience in safety, EHS, or risk management within a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EHS, safety, engineering, science, or a related field.
• Strong business development success with at least 5 years of revenue growth experience.
• Proven ability to grow markets, manage client portfolios, and drive sustainable revenue.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy focused on safety and EHS consulting in the Southeast region.
• Build and expand a personal and regional book of business through client development and partnerships.
• Lead proposals, pricing, and client presentations to win new opportunities.
• Provide trusted advisory on safety management systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Oversee complex engagements ensuring delivery excellence in scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor regional consultants and collaborate with national service lines.
