Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Experience with POS systems; SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer – consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Sell premium beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events.
• Process sales, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance.
• Assist with inventories and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and maintain a positive store environment.
