Job summary

L'Oréal USA's Dermatological Beauty division seeks a Regional Education Specialist to drive in-office education, hands-on clinical trainings, and live and virtual seminars across a multi-state territory.

Under the Director of Aesthetics Training & Education, you will manage program logistics, partner with APPs and accounts, log attendance in Salesforce, and maintain brand standards in both live and digital settings.

Qualifications

• Active license as a Licensed Aesthetician or RN/NP required.
• 2–4 years of hands-on training with groups 10–125+.
• 2 years in a treatment-room setting, preferably medical aesthetics.
• Travel up to 75% across multi-state territory.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Teams; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-office education and hands-on trainings.
• Deliver live seminars and webinars (10–125+ participants).
• Coordinate logistics, budgets, and attendee lists.
• Post-event reporting and Salesforce/Education Dashboard updates.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to align with launches.
• Represent brands professionally at events and online.
