Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials in the DMV area is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to grow relationships with school districts and educational programs across K–12 markets. You will expand our reach into middle and high schools while leveraging a dedicated sales support team.

This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, travel within the territory (1–2 nights per week), and a strong emphasis on strategic, outcome‑driven selling with exceptional relationship building and presentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with proven entrepreneurial know‑how.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Strong presentation and ability to articulate customer needs at all levels.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays 1–2 times per week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers in a designated territory.
• Partner with internal sales resources to support needs and drive growth.
• Maintain ongoing calls and relationships with customers in the DMV area.
• Collaborate with leadership to shape sales strategies and targets.
• Identify customer needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Represent Lakeshore at local, state, and national conferences as needed.
