Job summary

HNI Corporation, a global family of brands for the workplace and home, seeks a Regional Education Manager to grow HON Education in the Southeast region by market development, dealer capability building, and direct engagement with K-12 and higher education decision-makers.

You will lead district-level relationships with administrators, superintendents, and principals, identify opportunities, and coordinate with dealer sales teams and corporate functions to pursue bond-funded and district-wide

Qualifications

• Experience navigating C-suite/decision-makers in education.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial furnishings or education sector sales; 7+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional education strategy with dealer networks and end-users.
• Build relationships with district administrators and superintendents to identify opportunities.
• Partner with education dealers and sales teams to expand HON Education initiatives.
• Lead pursuit of large bond-funded and district-wide projects with coordinated efforts.
• Manage a regional bond targeting framework with cross-functional teams.
