HNI Corporation invites applications for a Regional Education Manager to advance HON's education business across the Southeast. You will develop dealer readiness, engage district-level decision-makers, and align regional strategies with HON's education vision and growth objectives.

The role demands strong experience in education-sector sales, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across operations, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial furnishings or education sector sales experience.
• 7 years preferred for Senior role.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional education strategy through dealer networks and end-user engagement to drive sustainable sales growth.
• Lead relationships with district-level administrators, superintendents, and principals to position HON as an education partner.
• Build partnerships with priority education dealers and dealer principals to develop their sales force and align with HON's initiatives.
• Collaborate with dealer sales teams and internal sales to pursue large bond-funded and district-wide opportunities.
• Develop and manage a regional bond targeting framework to track and pursue education funding opportunities.
• Advise districts and higher education institutions by aligning learning goals with HON's design solutions.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with dealer principals to identify growth opportunities and plan actions.
