Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3 years as a Trainer in school bus transportation industry desired.
• Supervisory experience preferred; supervising/training a driver workforce.
• Thorough knowledge of company regulations; state and federal transportation laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the implementation of the company\'s current school bus training program.
• Supervise and lead a team of Driver Instructors on company objectives; create schedules and drive performance accountability.
• Provide ongoing support, development, and coaching to driver instructors on performance and objectives.
• Oversee hiring process for Driver Instructors; ensure policy compliance.
• Review and investigate violations; determine disciplinary actions, including termination if warranted.
