Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations; ability to manage labor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic plans for optimized performance.
• Oversee personnel, motivate teams, and implement changes.
• Interviews, selects, trains, and manages Driver Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensures all personnel are trained per procedures.
• Monitors on-time performance and DOT logs in real time.
• Ensures safety standards and regulatory compliance.
