Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in operations leadership.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy, judgment, and discretion with the company and union officials.
• Experience with Safety, Workers Compensation, Labor relations, and CBA preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage the driver workforce.
• Ensure drivers are trained and retrained per procedures.
• Monitor driver performance and provide ongoing feedback.
• Plan and coordinate dispatch and route coverage.
• Ensure DOT and FMCSA compliance and safety standards.
• Foster positive labor relations and address personnel matters with HR.
