Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking a Regional Driver Manager to lead the Mid-Atlantic region's LVR operations. You will direct up to 30 frontline reps, ensure DOT compliance, and drive cost-effective, on-time collections with strong collaboration across Logistics and Supply Chain teams.

The role emphasizes process improvement, KPI reporting, and leadership in transit operations, with remote work flexibility and a requirement to live near major airports within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of P&L management/ownership.
• Development of KPI reporting programs.
• Customer-facing issue resolution preferred.
• Development of a new team or business unit.
• Leadership of significant process change impacting 50+ front line employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the asset recovery leadership across the region, meeting targets and guidelines.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Asset Recovery Representatives for optimal territory coverage.
• Collaborate with Logistics and asset management teams to ensure timely collections and efficient resource use.
• Oversee transportation costs and budget alignment with cost-effective carriers and methods.
• Track and resolve operational issues related to transport, collections, and customer interactions.
• Ensure safety standards and a culture of zero harm across operations.
• Review collection performance with weekly reporting and recommendations.
