Job summary

CHEP USA is seeking a Regional Driver Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote, field-based role requires leading up to 30 LVR Reps across GA, NC, SC, TN, MS, ensuring DOT compliance, cost-effective transportation, and on-time collections.

You will partner with Operations, Logistics, and SalesForce to optimize performance, drive continuous improvement, manage P&L, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, zero-harm work culture.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and manage up to 30 LVR Reps.
• Familiar with CHEP’s asset management strategies and DOT regulations.
• Experience with performance reporting and KPI programs.
• Customer-facing issue resolution preferred.
• Knowledge of regional transportation execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor asset recovery processes across the assigned region, ensuring compliance and targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance to Asset Recovery Representatives for optimal territory coverage.
• Collaborate with Logistics and asset management teams to ensure timely collections and cost efficiency.
• Oversee transportation costs and carrier selections to meet budget targets.
• Track operational issues and drive continuous improvement across transport, collections, and customer interactions.
• Ensure safety standards and zero-harm culture in recovery operations.
• Provide weekly performance reports and recommendations.
• Drive ongoing process improvements for asset recovery.
