Job summary

CHEP seeks a Remote LVR Representative to manage multi-stop deliveries and collections in Kent, WA, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient routing. You will document metrics and engage local customers to grow the LVR program.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, train peers, and contribute to cost savings and service levels while working remotely in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift 65 lbs regularly.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Able to execute and optimize provided delivery/collection routes.
• Strong communication skills.
• On-the-fly problem solving.
• Comfortable autonomously handling tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CHEP-owned box truck (or similar equipment) in compliance with DOT Regulations and CHEP Safety requirements.
• Execute deliveries and collection of empty pallets at locations provided by CHEP.
• Work with local customers on program compliance to drive efficiencies and increase collection volumes.
• Document delivery and collection data and communicate to CHEP LVR support personnel.
• Visit potential collection locations to explain the LVR Program and gather data.
