Responsibilities

• Provide oversight across multiple sites within the Southcentral Division.
• Lead Technical Service Managers, Supervisors, Biomedical Technicians and Field Service Technicians.
• Drive operational excellence and revenue growth for the division.
• Support 360 Program implementation and coordinate with the implementation manager.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and team development to meet EBITDA targets.
