Job summary

The Children's Place in Secaucus, NJ seeks a District Manager responsible for driving profitable sales growth across multiple stores. You will own the district's financial results and lead store management teams to build a high-performing, customer-focused organization aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing talent, coaching teams, analyzing district performance, executing a sales strategy, controlling payroll, and partnering with Loss Prevention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of multi-unit experience in retail.
• Driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel and field-based leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a diverse, high-performing store management team.
• Coach, mentor and direct district staff to meet regional goals.
• Analyze district performance and provide feedback to regional director.
• Develop and execute a district sales strategy for profitable growth.
• Lead store teams to meet sales and payroll budgets.
• Maintain brand standards and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention on shrinkage and policies.
• Travel within assigned market to support coverage.
