Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead our Pensacola region and grow a portfolio of self-storage stores. You will own district performance, set strategy, and drive profitability with a hands-on leadership approach.

The role requires a proven track record in multi-unit retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop teams of 20–35+ staff across locations. Weekend work and travel within the district are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum of five (5) years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably in Storage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize portfolio NOI.
• Drive strong operational performance of the portfolio.
• Inspire, lead, and develop the team.
• Monitor and improve sales, costs, and safety.
• Identify and drive opportunities to improve performance.
• Enforce company policies and code of ethics.
• Manage employee performance including hiring and discipline.
• Handle escalations and approvals in a timely manner.
