Job summary

Prime Group Holdings, LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of self-storage stores across assigned markets. The role owns district growth and profitability, while promoting leadership, vision, and direction for the company in its market.

The District Manager will oversee 20–35+ employees, drive sales goals, operational performance and compliance, and travel within the district to ensure consistent standards and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum five years multi-unit retail sales/service operations leadership experience, preferably from the Storage industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans to achieve sales goals and optimize NOI.
• Enable and drive strong operational performance of the assigned portfolio.
• Inspire, lead and develop the team.
• Monitor and improve sales, cost management, employee performance and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and code of ethics.
• Manage employee performance including hiring, termination, discipline, development and management.
• Manage escalations and approvals in a timely and thorough manner.
