Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience, previous management preferred.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity and report business opportunities and trends.
• Manage controllable costs by educating managers on procedures for controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, repair and maintenance costs.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to implement promotions and product introductions.
• Provide feedback to category managers regarding stock issues.
• Lead store managers, assist with recruitment, orientation and training.
• Forecast requirements and prepare an annual budget; analyze variances.
