Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is seeking a District Manager to oversee Uptown Cheapskate in Harrisburg. You will manage 2–5 stores with 8–15 employees each, lead store managers, and drive operational excellence across the network.

Base salary starts at $65,000–$75,000 per year with annual bonuses tied to multi-store performance. The role rewards organized, reliable leaders with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management in a retail setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 stores with teams of 8–15 employees.
• Average 45–50 hours per week across stores.
• Provide guidance and support to store managers.
• Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling.
• Run the store with passion and drive, model great service.
• Train new and existing staff to lead by example.
• Evaluate and price inventory using buying software.
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process products.
• Ring up customers and teach selling techniques.
