Uptown Cheapskate Harrisburg, operated by Summit Recommerce Group (SRG), is seeking a full-time Store Manager with retail leadership. You’ll lead a team of 8–15, drive sales, manage payroll, and scheduling while keeping the store organized and welcoming. • Store Manager with retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8–15 people.
• Read sales reports and submit payroll; manage scheduling.
• Run the boutique with passion and drive; treat it as your own.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach staff.
• Provide training to new and existing staff.
• Evaluate and price inventory using buying software.
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product.
• Ring up customers and train them to sell to us.
