Job summary

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is seeking a District Manager for the Uptown Cheapskate Harrisburg location. You will oversee 2–5 stores, guide store managers, and drive performance across teams with a focus on excellent customer service and operational excellence.

The role demands organized, reliable leadership with strong communication, willing to manage schedules, payroll, and coaching across multiple stores. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities within our network are offered.

We are actively searching for a District Manager to oversee our Uptown Cheapskate Harrisburg location. The salary will start at $65,000–$75,000 per year, with yearly bonus potential based on multi-store performance. Leadership and management in a retail setting is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, fantastic at communication, and who has an upbeat, friendly personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2–5 stores with teams of 8–15 employees, with the opportunity to oversee up to 5 stores.
• An average of 45-50 hours per week is typical, with time split equally between stores.
• Provide guidance and support to the store managers
• Read sales reports, submit payroll, manage scheduling
• Run our boutique with passion and drive, treating our store like it was your own
• Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same
• Provide training to new and existing staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example
• Evaluate and price inventory using our buying software
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
