Ulta Beauty is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 13+ stores, driving top-line sales, guest loyalty, and operational excellence. You willAdvise and execute the strategic plan, develop high-performing teams, and ensure compliance with procedures and standards across the region.

The role requires a passion for process excellence, strong collaboration, and a proven track record in multi-unit leadership within retail.

Qualifications

• The DM leads via Ulta Beauty's strategic plan and drives performance across stores in the district.
• Leads 13+ stores on average, focusing on performance, people, and process.
• Passion for process excellence, results, and cross-level collaboration across the organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide directional leadership and priorities derived from the strategic plan to each store team.
• Promote accountability to meet goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, shrink, and omni-channel sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Review financial and operational reports and provide timely responses.
• Address underperforming metrics to achieve district goals.
• Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team and address staffing needs with leadership.
• Lead development and training of direct reports with feedback and growth plans.
