Job summary

Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to oversee 4 to 5 extended-stay hotels along Florida's fast-growing I-4 corridor, including open, late-stage development, and active construction properties.

The role is home-based/field, with residency in the Greater Orlando area and approximately 60% travel across the state. You will drive revenue, control labor and operating costs, mentor General Managers, and partner with local sales teams to grow occupancy and market share

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location leadership within extended-stay hospitality preferred.
• Residence within Greater Orlando / Central Florida area required.
• Frequent travel within Florida (~60%) expected.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to inspire teams.
• High integrity and emotional intelligence essential to management style.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and optimize labor and operating costs across all assigned hotels.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure compliance with company and franchise standards.
• Mentor General Managers and build an honest, accountable team culture.
• Partner with local sales initiatives to maximize occupancy and market share.
• Play a key role in onboarding and opening new properties as they transition to operations.
