Job summary

Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc. seeks a District Manager to oversee 4–5 extended-stay properties along Florida's I-4 corridor. This home-based/field role requires strong leadership as you guide general managers and drive growth.

The position emphasizes financial results, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards. Eligible candidates will reside in the Greater Orlando/Central Florida area with up to 60% travel across Florida and participate in a quarterly bonus program and benefits

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-location hospitality, preferably extended-stay.
• Must reside in Greater Orlando / Central Florida area.
• Willingness to travel ~60% within Florida.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results: maximize revenue, control labor and operating costs, and optimize profits across assigned hotels.
• Operational excellence: maintain guest satisfaction while ensuring standards compliance.
• Talent leadership: oversee property-level staffing, mentor General Managers, and foster integrity.
• Sales & growth: support regional sales initiatives to boost occupancy and market share.
• New openings: play a key role in onboarding and opening new properties as they come online.
