You will oversee budgets, P&L-like performance, and strategic initiatives, influencing decisions and ensuring high client satisfaction across a dynamic region. This role rewards initiative and cross-functional leadership with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 7 years.
• Related experience: 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and quarterly business reviews across a high-impact portfolio.
• Lead a team of 18+ salaried managers and drive operational excellence in a multi-site region.
• Build trusted client partnerships and manage RFPs, key projects, and strategy to deliver measurable results.
• Influence strategy, negotiate with internal stakeholders, and ensure client and guest satisfaction.
