Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a District Manager for Southern California. The role oversees multiple repair shops, hires and trains store managers, and drives regional sales and profitability.

The position requires automotive aftermarket retail management experience, leadership, and the ability to travel between roughly 10 locations in Southern California. Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Auto repair shop management experience or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience coaching team members to success through effective communication.
• Problem-solving using analytical, creative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Possess valid California driver’s license
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, Monday-Friday
