Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to oversee 8-12 store locations in California. You will lead initiatives, drive financial performance, and develop high‑performing teams to uphold service and safety standards.

You’ll hire, train, and manage store staff, travel regularly to sites, and ensure on‑site operations align with company targets. The role offers growth within a respected, long‑standing automotive retailer, with a strong focus on career advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience.
• Strong knowledge of tires and related services is highly desirable.
• Proven leadership with training, coaching, and mentoring teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication with integrity.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly assessments to evaluate performance and identify improvements.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store staff.
• Drive targets for EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution promptly.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and teams for development.
