Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Regional Director, Retail Auto Service & Tires to lead a multi-district region. The role oversees District Managers, Area Managers, and Store Management to drive growth, profitability, and consistent guest experience.

The regional leader will align initiatives with enterprise strategy, advance field adoption, and maintain a strong field presence across service-forward and tire-forward models, while traveling extensively to stores within the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive multi-unit leadership in high-volume service environments.
• Experience managing 20+ stores in a multi-district setting.
• Solid understanding of P&L, labor productivity, COGS, expenses, and KPIs.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the region and align district priorities with company goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape initiatives and improve field execution.
• Provide feedback to corporate on regional dynamics and opportunities.
• Oversee financial performance, including revenue growth and cost control.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team across multiple locations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with HR, Finance, Marketing, Training, IT, and Facilities.
