Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a District Manager to supervise 8–12 stores, drive financial performance, and develop high-performing teams. You’ll lead operations, ensure safety standards, and implement company initiatives while traveling as needed.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive repair and retail sales with management experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills. A focus on process, training, and customer excellence is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive repair and retail sales, including management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and training abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly service center assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of store-level staff.
• Drive achievement of EBITDAR, sales, and customer service metrics.
• Ensure a safe and compliant environment for employees and customers.
• Manage customer complaints to resolution in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency across all stores.
• Coach and mentor store managers and team members to support their development and career progression.
