Job summary

Crescent Electric Supply Company in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a Regional Distribution Center Manager to lead warehouse operations, private fleet and 3rd party transportation, pre-fab services and assets.

You will drive safety, productivity and cost control, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with sales to meet customer needs. This on-site role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of direct management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 1–5 years related management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct management experience overseeing 40+ employees.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in Electrical, Construction or Manufacturing settings preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and 3rd party transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct staff to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective operation of the facility.
• Oversee distribution service activities to meet customer requirements.
• Plan and manage labor schedules and job assignments.
• Develop and manage facility and capital budgets and KPIs.
• Monitor inventory control processes to achieve high accuracy.
• Interact with sales and customers to understand needs and communicate capabilities.
