Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations or transportation dispatch.
• Experience managing DSPs or fleet operations.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to identify issues from metrics.
• Good command of English for daily communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations within the assigned region and monitor key metrics.
• Coordinate with DSPs and driver teams to ensure pickups and on-time deliveries.
• Handle daily operational exceptions per SOPs and coordinate with support teams when needed.
• Conduct quality checks on pickup/drop-off data and support route planning and optimization.
