Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Director of Operations for Transmission & Distribution to lead overhead transmission and distribution across a multi-state Northeast region. You will drive safety, profitability, and workforce development while aligning with senior leadership.

You will oversee regional managers and project leaders, collaborate across functions, and spearhead initiatives to grow and optimize power delivery projects throughout New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years in power utility construction preferred.
• Experience leading overhead transmission and overhead distribution operations.
• Proven track record managing regional operations, business units, or multiple operational groups.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership for regional overhead transmission and distribution operations across multiple states.
• Oversee regional safety performance, operational execution, and financial performance.
• Lead and develop Regional Managers, General Managers, Project Managers, and other leaders.
• Collaborate with estimating, business development, project management, and executive leadership to support growth.
• Create and present operational and financial performance reports to executives.
