Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services in the Philadelphia area seeks a Regional Director of Nursing Services. This full-time role provides clinical oversight across multiple skilled nursing facilities, collaborating with regional leaders to ensure resident safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality care.

The candidate will lead nursing teams, coordinate education, support survey readiness, and drive QAPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current, active PA RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical leadership in LTC/Skilled Nursing.
• Multi-facility management or consulting experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across facilities.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to multiple SNFs to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Manage urgent clinical situations and regulatory concerns with facility leadership.
• Conduct survey readiness activities and support state/federal surveys.
• Develop and deliver clinical education for nursing leadership and staff.
• Support implementation of new clinical programs and evidence-based practices.
• Advise on resource allocation, acuity-based staffing, and assignment practices.
• Collaborate on QAPI initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Review clinical systems for compliance with regulations and standards.
• Communicate care concerns and corrective actions with leadership.
• Collaborate with regional operations and facility leaders to ensure excellence.
• Travel regularly to assigned facilities for on-site leadership and education.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
