Who You Are

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region. You will manage multiple districts, collaborate with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by ROI, and design sales programs and strategies. You will also evaluate and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume and market share, and may recommend product or service enhancements.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through networking and outbound lead-generation techniques.
  • Develop and oversee strategic sales/marketing plans.
  • Close new business to meet revenue and profit goals.
  • Present proposals demonstrating value and financial impact.
  • Maintain client retention goals.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in multi-family portfolios.
  • Assist in identifying and closing national portfolio accounts.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure revenue goals are met while improving gross margin.
  • Utilize technology like Salesforce effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Effective multitasking and relationship-building skills.
  • Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • Experience with multi-family portfolio relationships.
  • Remote work experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
