Who You Are

As a Regional Director of Sales, you will work as an individual contributor under the VP of Business Development to achieve sales and profit goals within a designated region for Trash Butler. You will manage multiple districts within a region. Your role involves collaborating with Property Managers, Owners, and C-suite Executives to build and present a value-based offering driven by ROI. Additionally, you will help design sales programs, set strategies, evaluate new sales techniques, and collect market information to increase sales volume and market share. You may also recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business through networking and outbound lead-generation techniques.
  2. Develop and oversee strategic sales/marketing plans using industry knowledge and business acumen.
  3. Close new business and meet revenue and profit goals.
  4. Present proposals demonstrating value and financial impact.
  5. Meet client retention goals per company guidelines.
  6. Monitor competitors and industry trends, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  7. Build relationships with national multi-family decision-makers.
  8. Assist the sales team in closing national portfolio accounts.
  9. Attend industry events and participate in networking opportunities.
  10. Achieve revenue targets while improving gross margin.
  11. Utilize technology effectively within the sales process, including Salesforce.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, administration, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience achieving sales and profitability goals in a regional or territorial role.
  3. Proven track record of exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong business and financial acumen.
  5. Ability to travel up to 50%.
  6. Effective multitasking, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Leadership qualities, teamwork, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  9. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  10. Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  11. Ability to work independently.
  12. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
  2. Experience with multi-family portfolio relationships.
  3. Remote work experience.
  4. Experience with Salesforce.
