Qualifications

• Proven track record in asset management wholesaling or institutional sales.
• Established relationships with decision-makers at retirement aggregators and recordkeepers.
• MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred.
• Proven history of driving measurable AUM growth in a commercial territory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; integrity and accountability.
• Licenses SIE, Series 7, Series 63/66; must be obtained within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement marketing, sales, and client service programs.
• Build deep relationships with staff at all levels of client organizations.
• Lead complex investment discussions with institutional audiences.
• Own territory P&L by increasing revenue and AUM through investment solutions.
• Prioritize in-person meetings and regional events to grow footprint.
