Job summary

Mutual of America Financial Group in Atlanta/Jacksonville is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead regional retirement plan sales. You will develop a large territory, meet with plan sponsors, and work toward exceeding sales goals through strategic outreach and client engagement.

The role requires 5+ years of B2B sales in retirement products, strong communication, and the ability to drive multi-channel outreach. Travel to client sites is expected in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Knowledge of retirement products (401k/403b).
• Demonstrated outbound cold calling to prospective clients.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE.
• Valid drivers license; ability to drive to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a large territory, uncovering new sources of business.
• Meeting with Plan Sponsors of 401k and 403b retirement plans through multiple strategies (cold calling, networking, referrals).
• Cross-sell solutions and exceed goals by closing deals.
• Attend client review meetings with CRM for top clients to generate referrals.
