Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management for the Great Lakes region (Ohio and Michigan).

You will oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties, drive occupancy, budgets and customer service, and mentor site teams to achieve peak performance. You will collaborate with development, operations and community life teams across Cleveland, Cincinnati, Detroit and surrounding markets, with relocation supported as needed and a mission-driven focus on

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with site teams and partners.
• Proven leadership with the ability to mentor and develop staff across multiple properties.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets and driving occupancy goals.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties in OH and MI.
• Drive occupancy, budget adherence, and customer service objectives across sites.
• Mentor, develop, and direct property management staff for peak performance.
• Collaborate with development, community life, and operations teams on portfolio initiatives.
• Lead and participate in inspections, reporting and regulatory compliance.
