Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in poultry science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of progressive agricultural or food manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility across multiple facilities.
• Strong knowledge of commercial layer production including cages and cage-free systems.
• Experience overseeing shell egg processing, egg breaking, and feed mill operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations to achieve production, processing, quality, service, and financial goals.
• Establish clear expectations and operating plans for each facility.
• Coach leaders, ensure safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity across sites.
• Oversee shell egg receiving, grading, packing, and shipping operations.
• Oversee feed mill operations and coordinate with nutrition/procurement teams.
• Own regional budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Develop leaders, manage change, and ensure compliance with company standards.
