Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a business development role.
• At least 3 years in financial services or professional services (private equity, investment banking, commercial banking, or similar).
• Strong existing rolodex in the M&A community.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the firm's M&A referral network across investment banks, business brokers, law firms, and lenders.
• Sourcing several closed transactions per year.
• Report to the Head of Business Development and work remotely with regional travel.
