Job summary

Wilcox Berry is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to evaluate and execute acquisitions of owner-operated service businesses as part of the firm’s regional roll-up strategy. The role requires 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity, along with strong financial modeling and valuation skills.

This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in Northern California and will report directly to the VP of Partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple live deals and workstreams simultaneously.
• Preferred experience in small or lower-middle-market M&A and familiarity with field/home services or recurring-revenue business models.
