Job summary

Wealth Enhancement is seeking an Associate Regional Vice President (ARVP) to operate remotely within the Boston Area. This role focuses on business development, sourcing and transitioning clients to WEG advisors while maintaining relationships with custodial partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree, sales experience, and various financial licenses, with a strong emphasis on communication and presentation skills. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the wealth management industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Clean U4 with no disclosures.

Responsibilities
