Qualifications

• Demonstrated success influencing commercial payer access outcomes across payer types (commercial and government).
• Ability to independently develop and manage relationships with payer medical directors, contracting executives, network leadership, and utilization management stakeholders.
• Proven track record of opening strategic payer opportunities and advancing complex discussions through extended sales and negotiation cycles.
• Strong commercial orientation with growth-focused, accountable execution in dynamic markets.
• Ability to operate with ownership, urgency, persistence, and accountability in ambiguous reimbursement environments.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, segment, and prioritize regional payer access opportunities across assigned commercial and Medicaid organizations.
• Independently build and expand relationships with payer leadership and policy stakeholders.
• Develop and execute payer engagement strategies from outreach through coverage, contracting, and implementation.
• Address regional barriers to payer access, including utilization management and network challenges.
• Collaborate with sales, reimbursement operations, clinical teams, marketing, and executives to translate payer dynamics into actionable strategy.
