Job summary

Pride Foundation seeks an experienced leader to guide program design and implementation, advancing the organization’s racial justice values across the five-state Northwest region. The Director of Programs will oversee community grants, scholarships, and initiatives while shaping strategic change over 2–3 years and beyond.

Based in Seattle, this role reports to the CEO and requires occasional travel. The DOP will collaborate with regional officers and staff to ensure impactful, equity-centered

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in program management, design, and implementation.
• Experience in philanthropy and grantmaking practices.
• Ability to integrate intersectional justice into programs and across organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for Pride Foundation’s programmatic efforts across the Northwest.
• Oversee community grants and scholarship programs and develop initiatives, convenings, and technical assistance.
• Supervise staff and collaborate with the CEO and leadership team.
• Develop and monitor program work plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with staff, board, and partners to implement programmatic changes.
