Paycom in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Regional Director of Operations for Central Indiana. The role oversees multiple communities, guides executives, and partners with ownership to meet KPIs.

Salary ranges from $115,000 to $125,000 per year with comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in healthcare with multi-site leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides general oversight and guidance to Community Executive Director.
• Establishes, with the Executive Director, the Community’s goals and objectives.
• Develops and implements organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with the Executive Director in preparing and controlling annual budget.
• Evaluates the Community’s adherence to applicable regulations and procedures.
• Reviews insurance coverage and makes recommendations to ownership.
• Acts as an on-call resource to Communities and Gardant 24/7 for urgent matters.
• Monitors accounts receivable activities to ensure billing compliance.
• Conducts performance evaluations and staff development activities.
• Participates in hiring processes and department manager interviews.
• Monitors Quality Improvement and safety programs; on-site visits schedule.
• Provides on-site day-to-day support in absence of an Executive Director.
• Ensures KPI achievement through quarterly site visits and feedback.
• Reviews overall operations including compliance, rent readiness, and finance.

Job Details: Job Location: Indianapolis, IN 46254, Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 Salary, This Regional Director of Operations- Central Indiana role will support communities around the central Indiana region.

Responsibilities

• Provides general oversight and guidance to Community Executive Director
• Establishes, in conjunction with the Executive Director , the Community’s goals and objectives
• Assists Executive Director in developing and implementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and procedures
• Collaborates with the Executive Director in preparing and controlling annual budget
• Evaluates the Community’s adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating procedures
• Reviews Community’s liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownership
• Acts as an on-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24-hour basis to address urgent matters
• Reviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered to
• Conducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basis
• Supports in the planning and provision of informational in-services and other staff development activities
• Participates in department manager interviews and the hiring process
• Monitors Community’s Quality Improvement and safety programs
• Maintains a schedule of on-site consultative visits with Executive Director and department managers
• Provides onsite day-to-day support in absence of an Executive Director
• Completes a minimum of quarterly on-site visit for each Community and provides oral and written feedback to Executive Director to ensure Community is meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Evaluates overall operations including, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with daily standup meetings, call light review, QAPI program, rent readiness, finance & revenue accounting and TELS compliance
• Meets with community ownership representative(s) on an ongoing, periodic basis concerning the overall performance and status of the Community

Qualifications

• Bachelor degreepreferred
• 5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulations .
• Valid driver's licensed with record in good standing per insurance vendor
• Position will require extensive travel and overnight stays and the ability to work on a team and with a team of diverse professionals who value love, compassion, and dignity.
