Western Veterinary Partners seeks a Director of Operations (DO) to oversee a portfolio of veterinary hospitals in Michigan and Indiana. The ideal candidate will have extensive multi-site management experience in healthcare, ideally overseeing 10 or more locations. Responsibilities include driving growth, optimizing financial performance, and fostering team development.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong P&L management background, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site operational and/or management experience.
• Ability to analyze complex data for strategic improvements.

• Partner with various departments for business growth.
