Job summary

PetVet Care Centers is seeking a Regional Director to oversee 18 hospitals in the Mid-Atlantic region. The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires residing in the supported region.

Responsibilities include aiding Hospital Administrators, Managers and Medical Directors to deliver quality care, achieve financial goals and foster a positive employee and client experience across a multi-hospital network.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required.
• Multi-unit management experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• Strong leadership skills and team development.

Responsibilities

• Achieve plan revenue and manage controllable costs.
• Develop service-focused Doctor/Client communication.
• Staff development, engagement and retention.
• Doctor retention and recruitment across 18 hospitals.
• Regional acquisition onboarding support and facilitation.
• Lead a team of 18 hospital managers.
• Collaborate with Hospital Managers and Medical Directors to drive engagement, revenue and cost control.
• Review scheduling and pricing to match business needs.
• Oversee practice management updates and training at all levels.
