Regional Director of Sales And Marketing

This range is provided by Addison Group. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Title - Executive Dr of Sales and Marketing

Hours: 8 - 5

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000+ Commissions & Additional incentives

Requirements
  • 15 years in sales leadership roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience working in Precision Machining.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong familiarity with CAD and ERP systems, with preference given to experience in Global Shop ERP.
  • In-depth knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, big data analytics, smart manufacturing, and automation.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly in high-growth industries such as aerospace, medical, and defense.
  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering strong customer relationships and closing high-value deals.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align sales strategies with broader business objectives and operational capabilities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and conduct customer, prospect, and vendor visits as needed to build partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of the company’s Marketing Plan, ensuring seamless integration with sales initiatives.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives to the executive team.
  • Drive team success through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and a focus on individual and organizational growth.
